Mainalo mountain shelter is located in Ostrakina plateau, Arcadia, at an altitude of 1600 meters, just below the highest peak of Mainalo (1981m). Access to the shelter is easy by car, as it leads to a parking.
The shelter offers 3 8-bedded rooms, 1 6-bedded and 1 quadruple. Each room has sheets, pillowcases and blankets. It also features a large living room and dining room, in which you can enjoy any beverage or food. Additionally, the shelter has an organized kitchen where, after consulting the security guard, the stayers can enjoy the food of their choice. The toilets and showers are located within the building. The shelter has electricity, central heating, a large fireplace in the living room and hot water.
Notes:
1) The shelter has the capacity to accommodate up to 50 people and features a space for placing tents.
2) The shelter can be a starting or ending point for a variety of hiking or biking paths.
3) There is also a possibility of staying during weekdays and during the summer season on demand.
